Bombay aloo & paneer rolls

As a snack, light lunch or to serve to guests, these bombay rolls are a great meat-free alternative to a classic sausage roll. I serve these bombay and paneer pastry rolls with mint and coriander chutney, but you could serve with anything you like (I have a sneaky suspicion mayo with curry powder and a little grated garlic would work well!)
